Our development strategy

Our Trust development strategy is co-designed in partnership between our executive leadership team and our senior leaders across our nine schools and central teams. Our non-executive leaders have oversight of our development strategy and support and challenge us to achieve our goals.

We currently have three key priorities that we are all working towards - our three Big Moves. These three short films give an oversight into what we are doing, how, and why.
